Upstate Trade Center is a joint venture with The Keith Corporation, Frampton Construction, and JLL, designed to develop 900,000 square feet of industrial space between two state-of-the-art warehouses. The first warehouse, encompassing 640,640 square feet, was built and sold to a
manufacturer for their own use. The second facility, a 266,760 square foot
rear-loader, was built and sold to an ownership group adding to their
portfolio. Strategically located near US-25 and the Donaldson Center Airport,
the Upstate Trade Center boasts excellent connectivity to I-85.

In addition to these two warehouses, we are excited to retain an additional
28-acre site in the park which is available and ideal for a build-to-suit
project. This site offers a unique opportunity for customized construction to
